How is your meat sourced?
We work exclusively with select family farms in Kentucky and Tennessee that prioritize animal welfare and pasture-raising. All our meat is hormone and antibiotic-free.
How is the meat packaged for shipping?
Your order is packed in biodegradable insulation with enough dry ice to ensure it stays at a safe, chilled temperature throughout its journey to your doorstep.
Does the meat arrive frozen or fresh?
Most of our cuts are shipped fresh, never frozen. Some specialty items or ground products may be flash-frozen to maintain peak quality during transit.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your package doesn't sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
Yes, we offer customizable subscriptions that allow you to receive your favorite cuts on a recurring schedule while saving on every shipment.
